Need to unwind? Join our Group Meditation Class every Wednesday and from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in our studio! A soothing journey designed to help you unwind and let go of stress. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls as they create a serene soundscape that promotes deep relaxation and emotional release.
Happy Hour!
Join us online for Happy Hour! Every Friday from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm. A refreshing way to unwind as you transition into your weekend. This class focuses on joy and relaxation through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and positive affirmations. Whether you're looking to de-stress or connect with others, this session is the perfect escape.
Ocean Bliss
Looking for peace and relaxation? Join Amanda Paulina for meditation at Lantana Beach. Connect with nature, relax, and refresh while enjoying the beach. Amanda Paulina will lead you through a calm, mindful session. Relax, breathe, and find peace at Lantana Beach. This group is held every Saturday from 9:00am-9:45am

Pricing: $30 a class or 5 sessions for $135.
